The Theory and Practice subjects in 2008 aligned well with my field placement. One of my assessments involved discussion around change in the organisation in which I was placed. I found this assignment challenging initially as I was unsure as to the extent of change one worker would be able to make in such a large government organisation. However, with perserverance and creative thinking, I was able to see instances of change on a front line level. Below is the essay I submitted for this assignment.
